DIAGNOSIS
SPEECH THERAPY ASSESSMENT
The speech therapist assesses the level of speech development. The primary indications include difficulties with pronunciation, letter articulation, and breathing.
BIOFEEDBACK DIAGNOSIS
Is a process of assessing and analysing brain wave activity to understand brain functioning and identify areas that require strengthening through training and exercises with a therapist.
PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSULTATION
A specialist evaluates the child's functioning, identifying areas for therapeutic work.
PEDAGOGICAL DIAGNOSIS
Pedagogical diagnosis is an assessment of student functioning, particularly identifying the causes of academic difficulties.
THERAPY
SPEECH THERAPY
Speech therapy is a form of treatment that, through appropriate exercises, enhances a child's communication skills. The speech therapist works on the proper development of speech, but also conducts therapy for stuttering.
BIOFEEDBACK
Biofeedback is brain training on specialized equipment, which improves attention concentration and emotional regulation by adjusting brain waves.
PSYCHOLOGIST
Psychological support is aimed at better coping with various emotional difficulties in children and adolescents.
PEDAGOGUE
Pedagogical support is educational assistance that helps children and adolescents better cope with difficulties in both acquiring knowledge and behaviour.
SNOEZELEN
Snoezelen therapy is a multisensory therapy conducted in a Snoezelen Sensory Experience Room. Providing diverse sensories, it positively impacts the functioning and development of children and adolescents.
SOCIAL SKILLS TRAINING -
GROUP CLASSES
Social Skills Training helps kids understand and build relationships with others in social situations. Sessions can be one-on-one or in a group. We're taking sign-ups for anyone interested. Once we have enough people, we'll start group SST sessions in English.
